Q. How do I make a booking?

Simply select your dates and choose the location you will be travelling from and your desired destination, our system will then provide you with all the possible boat companies that provide said service. You can then select which boat company most suits your needs, once you have done this simply enter the required information (i.e. Pick up address, drop off address, email address), make the payment via the paypal link and you will receive your immediate confirmation via email with e-tickets attached. Your booking will then be confirmed, simply be ready at your chosen pick up address at the time instructed and then just sit back and enjoy the ride to our paradisiacal island worry free and comfortable.

Q. What if I am travelling to Gili Meno or Gili Air?

Some booking sites would have to believe that there are only 1 or 2 boat providers for transfer to the quieter destinations in Gili Trawangan’s island chain and that you may be required to leave from Ahmed (a 3 -4 hour drive from Kuta / Seminyak / Legian), or you would need to get a boat to Gili T and then charter a local boat by yourself. This is not the case, infact multiple boats run services with direct delivery to Gili Air or Gili Meno direct from Padang Bai (1-2 hour drive from Kuta / Seminyak / Legian). Simple choose Gili Air or Meno as your desired destined and explore all your options with our newly developed transport search engine.

Q. My drop off address is in a different area to my pick up address, how do I book this?

With Easy Gili Transfers this couldn’t be simpler, the majority of popular destinations are under our Central Bali group category, if your two areas are in this group (Bali Central = Kuta, Sanur, Legian, Seminyak, Jambaran, Benoa, Denpasar, Central Ubud, Padang Bai, Kerobohkan, Tuban, Umulas, Petingtenget) then no problem, make the booking as you would and simply put in the different addresses when prompted to by our website. If you wanted to travel from locations in different categories for example being picked up from Uluwatu and returning to Kuta to do this you must make 2 single bookings.

Q. Can I change the dates of my transfers?

Yes, the dates of your transfer can be changed as long as warning is given in advance, all you have to do is contact the fast boat company using the contact details provided on the e-ticket and they will be able to arrange a date change for you. 48 hrs notice is usually enough notice outside busy high period seasons.

Q. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes bookings can be cancelled and 100% refund will be given as long as the cancellation is 2 week before the departure date

Q. What if I am not picked up in time?

If you are waiting at your designated / selected pick up point and no one has arrived to pick you up at your allotted time please contact the Fast Boat representative / Lombok Transfers Representative via the contact number provided on your e-ticket.

Q. Missed pick ups?

Contact fast boat supplier to discuss eligibility for a refund or if they are able to rearrange your transfers

Q. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes bookings can be cancelled and 100% refund will be given as long as the cancellation is 2 week before the departure date

Q. I didn’t receive my e-ticket, what do I do?

Write us an email on info@easygilitransfers.com and we will get another sent to you, your transport is not valid without a ticket

Q. Do I need a paper copy of my ticket?

If you have a smartphone you do not need to print your ticket, you can simply show it on your smartphone

Q. Its my pick up time but no one has arrived to pick me up?

It is your responsibility to contact the Fast Boat representative / Lombok Transfers Representative for any issues with your transport, the contact number is provided on your e-ticket.

Q. I don’t have a paypal account, how do I pay?

You do not need a Paypal account to make the payment, simply follow the steps until it comes to make the payment, you will be transferred to the secure Paypal site and you can make the payment there with any debit or credit card as you would with any online purchase.

Q. Is my payment secure?

The reason we use Paypal as it is the safest and securest way for customers and ourselves for payments to be made. Paypal is internationally recognized and acknowledged as one of the most trusted and reliable payment service providers.
