“www.Easygilitransfers.com” refers to the domain name used under license by Easy Gili Transfers. Easy Gili Transfers acts as booking agent for transport services from Bali, Lombok and the Gilis.
Easy Gili Transfers acts as a booking agent only in respect of all transfer bookings made on Easy Gili Transfers. Easy Gili Transfers has entered into contracts with the service providers on our website. These contracts ensure that the service providers will act in the best possible way towards the customers of Easy Gili Transfers. This means that in the unlikely event there is a problem with a customers booking, e.g bad weather making the boat unable to run or technical issues with the boat, the service provider will seek to resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction at no added cost to the customer. i.e. arranging another boat company to transport the passengers or providing alternate transport. In the unlikely event that the service provider cannot fulfil the customers requirements the fast boat company will issue a full refund to the customer.
Easy Gili Transfers undertakes no responsibility for, and are not liable for, the misrepresentations, breaches of contract, breaches of statutory duty or negligence of any of transfer providers. This means that in the event of you suffering personal injury or death as a result of any act of a fast boat company or other supplier of services (or their employees or agents) or you having any complaint about the quality of the services provided or having any other complaint at all, your sole right of redress will be against the independent third party who provided such service and Easy Gili Transfers will be under no liability at all.
You accept that Easy Gili Transfers has not in any way selected or assembled your travel arrangements for you, you have made the choices yourself the site simply provided relevant information and worked as a booking agent.
By making a booking for a transfers through the site, you accept that you will be entering into a contract with the fast boat company and other service providers and therefore any claims or complaints should be made directly with and /or service provider. In the event of any claims or complaints please also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where you, or any of the people that you are booking on behalf of, are in breach of any of the provisions of these Terms or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, Easy Gili Transfers reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund or compensation in any way and recover from you any costs incurred as a result of your behavior.
If you cancel or change a booking
You may modify the date of your bookings up until day of transfers but we suggest doing so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid complications or issues. To do so you must contact your selected fast boat company directly. The relevant contact information will be detailed in your e-ticket which we email you will receive immediately after you make a booking.
All fast boat bookings that are cancelled more than 2 weeks from the departure date will receive a full refund paid by Easy Gili Transfers (minus any charges applied to make the refund).. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance from the departure date will have no guaranteed refund and may receive no refund. This cancellation policy overrides any of the boat companies individual cancellation policies and all refunds will be made by Easy Gili Transfers.
When notifying the fast boat companies of a cancellation please make sure to notify us on email@example.com so that we can process your refund. All the releveant contact information is detailed on the automatic e-ticket you receive after payment and booking.
